Custom Software & Business Systems
Systems that
run your business.
We build custom software for companies with real processes, complex operations, and the ambition to grow.
Software that adapts to the business. Not the business to the software.
We step into the process, understand the problem, and build the missing system.
From a single module to a platform that connects the entire company.
Solutions for processes
that are not standard.
Technology is the tool. The outcome is a faster, clearer, and more controlled business.
Business Systems
Operational platforms, central dashboards, and software built around the way your company works.
Ecommerce & B2B
Advanced online stores, partner portals, and sales connected to internal processes.
Finance & Reporting
Daily reports, financial reconciliation, cash desks, suppliers, margins, and clear decision-making views.
Data & Integrations
Excel imports, migrations, synchronisation, and secure connections between existing systems.
Automation
Manual processes turned into fast, measurable, and controlled workflows.
AI Solutions
Intelligent customer care, text or image product search, ecommerce orders, and contextual human handoff.
A clear way
to get started.
Not every company needs a full ERP. We start with the size of the problem and build only what creates value.
One problem. One module.
For a clear process currently managed in Excel, on paper, or across disconnected systems.
- Process analysis and scope
- UI/UX and web or desktop module
- Excel/CSV import or API connection
- Testing, launch, and stabilization
Core processes in one system.
For companies that want operations, roles, reports, and data connected in one platform.
- 3–6 connected modules
- Roles, permissions, and audit log
- Dashboard, reports, and exports
- Database, API, training, and deployment
A platform that grows with the business.
For ecommerce, B2B, ERP, mobile, and AI that must operate on the same data and rules.
- Architecture and delivery plan
- ERP, ecommerce, and payment integrations
- Multi-company, webhooks, and automation
- VPS/cloud, backup, monitoring, and support
Every package is confirmed with a written scope, phases, timeline, and responsibilities before work begins.
Team management.
From one control panel.
A ready-to-customize system connecting employees, leave, attendance, requests, announcements, and reporting.
Less administration. More clarity for the team.
For companies that want requests out of chat, leave out of spreadsheets, and employee operations out of disconnected processes.
Leave & time off
Allowances, used days, approvals, history, and supporting documents.
Attendance & shifts
Check-in, check-out, schedules, delays, absences, and overtime.
Requests & approvals
Equipment, maintenance, documents, and priority-based workflows.
Announcements & reports
Internal communication, reports, PDF/CSV exports, and audit.
- Admin, manager, and employee roles
- Departments, access, and templates
- Automation and recurring workflows
- Branding, server, backup, and training
Team workspace
Today’s operations in one view
Recreated demonstration view for presentation purposes. It contains no real employee names, dates, or records.
Customer care that sells.
AI that knows when to stop.
An OpenAI-powered operator that answers, searches products, captures orders, and transfers the conversation when human judgment is needed.
From customer question to order—with human control.
A module connected to ecommerce and business operations. It uses the OpenAI Responses API with function calling to read approved data, perform controlled steps, and preserve context when a conversation is transferred to an operator.
24/7 customer care
Consistent answers in the business languages, grounded in the catalog and approved operating rules.
Live catalog search
Products, variants, stock, specifications, and prices from ecommerce—not from model assumptions.
Search by image
The customer sends a photo; AI analyzes it, proposes candidates, and asks for confirmation when uncertain.
Order capture
Collects product, quantity, and required details; creates a draft and asks for confirmation before final action.
Human handoff
Transfer triggers on customer request, low confidence, complaints, exceptions, or higher-risk actions.
Teachable routines
Procedures are demonstrated, drafted, simulated, evaluated, activated, and safely rolled back.
- Website widget and operator inbox
- Training, testing, and audit console
- Synchronized catalog, stock, and orders
- Monitoring, backup, and post-launch support
Demonstration conversation
Recreated showcase with demonstration products and conversations. It contains no real customer names, orders, prices, or data.
Orders with no hidden steps
- Finds a product from text, link, or image
- Reads variant, stock, price, and rules
- Collects only the required customer details
- Creates a draft and requests clear confirmation
- Sends the result to ecommerce/ERP within permissions
Connects to your existing systems
- WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom ecommerce
- CRM, ERP, database, or business API
- Couriers, webhooks, and operational notifications
- Web widget and authorized messaging channels
- Knowledge base, policies, and product catalog
AI never gets unlimited access
- Allowlisted tools and information sources
- Separate read and write permissions
- Confirmation gates before orders or changes
- Audit log for answers, tools, and decisions
- Simulation, evaluation, and routine rollback
Your team receives the full context
- Handoff when the customer requests it
- Confidence threshold for unclear answers
- Escalation for complaints, payments, and exceptions
- Automatic summary for the operator
- Conversation continues without restarting the case
How it connects to the server
The widget or channel sends the message to a secure backend. The backend communicates with OpenAI, calls only authorized functions for catalog, stock, and orders, records the audit trail, and notifies an operator when handoff is triggered.
What implementation includes
- Discovery and conversation map
- Catalog and order integration
- Rules, prompts, and knowledge base
- Operator console and human handoff
- Tests, evals, and safety scenarios
- Deployment, monitoring, training, and stabilization
The proposal defines channels, integrations, volume, and support levels. OpenAI API usage and third-party channel fees are billed separately according to usage and provider.
Built from
real needs.
KUBIK LOGIC was born inside Kubik Electronics. Every system here started with a real problem that needed to be solved properly.
KUBIK Central
A control center for applications, finance, KPIs, employees, leave, attendance, requests, announcements, backups, and audit.

We do not learn your business from a template.
We have built systems for cash operations, sales, stock, suppliers, ecommerce, staff, and reporting because we have lived these processes ourselves. That practical experience is the foundation of every new project.
From screen to server.
One controlled flow.
We also build what users do not see: APIs, databases, integrations, deployment, backups, and secure access.

Before the project starts.
Direct answers about scope, servers, integrations, ownership, and support.
01Can we start with a single module?+
Yes. Module Sprint is designed for one focused problem: daily reports, Z-balance, returns, inventory, couriers, approvals, or another workflow. The module can remain independent or become the foundation of a larger system.
02How is pricing determined?+
After an initial conversation, we break the process into users, modules, integrations, and technical requirements. You receive a written scope, phases, timeline, and proposal. For larger projects, we propose phases that can be delivered and verified separately.
03Can the system connect to software we already use?+
Yes, when the existing system offers an API, controlled database access, or reliable exports. Before connecting it, we audit the data and choose the method that minimizes risk to existing processes.
04Where is the application hosted and how does it connect to the server?+
Static websites can use shared hosting. Applications with login, databases, APIs, or background processes usually run on a VPS, cloud platform, or company server. We configure SSL, environment variables, backups, permissions, and monitoring for the selected architecture.
05Who owns the data and the code?+
Business data remains the property of the client. Code ownership, module licenses, and repository access are clearly defined in the proposal and contract before work begins.
06What happens after launch?+
Every project includes a stabilization period. It can then continue with a support plan for monitoring, backups, updates, improvements, and new modules.
Do you have a process that takes too much time?
Send us the problem, who uses the process, and which systems you use today. We will turn it into a clear scope.
